Event:

An annual programme of motorsport sponsorship ‘leverage’ activity, on circuit at 10 meetings of the British Touring Car Championships each year.

Pitch:

Hospitality management and “Associate Days.”

Challenge:

To strengthen customers’ and potential customers’ affiliation with the Honda brand and its association with the BTCC.

To provide a positive and motivational experience for customers and associates with the brand through experiential activity.

 

Solution:

VIP Hospitality packages offered and overseen by Spiderzone. These involve the production, fulfilment and distribution of VIP invitation packs requiring database management, letter printing, lanyard, brochure and ticket collation and packaging. Additional printed materials including the hospitality lunch menus and branding of the VIP paddock area, garage and Honda Village trade site.  On race weekends the Spiderzone team oversees the smooth running of all activities that happen on site.

Associate Hospitality Events:

Each year Honda invites its key personnel and partners from across the UK to attend 3 BTCC events. Guests are treated to all day Hospitality in their own purpose-built marquee. Drivers make special guest appearances and typically Honda will launch a new product at these events.  Spiderzone’s role is to produce a memorable event and experience for all guests and provide them with a private hospitality environment that they can call their own for the day.

 

We co-ordinate everything from the marquees being erected, to the dressing of the venue, to catering for everyone and ultimately delivering an enjoyable day for all concerned.
